Unfortunately, each insurance plan is different so you will need to call your insurance company to determine mental health care coverage. If I am out of network (OON) with your insurance plan, you would be considered "self-pay" and pay the rates provided on my website after completing the No Surprises Act paperwork. I can provide a Superbill for you to submit to your insurance for OON benefits. You would want to contact your insurance company to determine if you are eligible for OON benefits.
